Since 2015, we’ve been using about 800 42-volt MaxiTube LED fixtures from Maxibel. They’re put through their paces, and once the ship is built, they’re just tossed aside. We’re still using them now, 11 years later—it’s been a good investment.

What I really like is that, because I use an excessive amount of water when cleaning with the pressure washer, some water does occasionally get into the fixture. If it’s too bad, we can order any part and repair it ourselves. I usually receive the parts the very next day.

I received the lamps. In terms of build quality and light output, everything looks perfect. I’ve tested them in my forest so far and have noticed that some bats don’t seem to be bothered by the light while foraging.
